Relationship specialist, published author and yoga teacher Katina Pallaras understands the importance of well being and having balance in life. She has worked in the area of interpersonal relationships and wellbeing for over 32 years. She brings a wealth of professional experience and knowledge to the area of relationships, healing and inner stillness. Her extensive background both professionally and personally enables her to “walk the talk” and she has been referred to as an expert in her field.

Katina is Managing Director of Human Interactions, which specializes in helping people create happier relationships. She runs a private therapy practice for individuals and couples seeking support and new direction.

Katina also teaches ways to achieve optimal physical and mental health through her teaching of Hatha yoga. She is teacher trained in Hatha yoga at Gita International School of Yoga. She runs retreats in tropical North Queensland as well as classes in Melbourne for yoga enthusiasts.
